Key takeaways: 

📈 DAU: 347k (+4%) User growth is consistent, increasing in three of the last four weeks. 

➡️ Bridge inflows (net): 308mm (-78%). After multiplying 15x since Nov. 21st, week over week inflows decreased significantly. Inflows are still strongly positive at +308mm and 30k net depositors.

💸 Rev/day: $115k (-4%) Daily revenues were the third-highest all-time, decreasing slightly from last week’s $119k/day.

⛽️ Gas Fee saved by using Polygon: $95 Million daily ($27 per Txn)

OpenSea - November Case Study

There are two momentous events to keep in mind before we dissect this. First, the lift-off of the platform in April and Second, the gas price increase in October which shook out a lot of bot activity.

Cumulative Contract Creators

• New contract creators

  • We have seen a steady increase of new creators after the gas increase

  • Disregarding the spike of October 25, there was a surge of about 50% over the past two months, signalling the strong growth of developer relations on the ecosystem.

• New contract creation transactions: Naturally, the contract creation transactions also recorded a steady rise throughout the year and have seen a nearly 35%  increase since the gas increase,  indicating continued positive activity on the platform. 

• Over the past two months, the increase in active new contracts (more than 30 transactions) matches the 1.5x increase in contract deployment
